Gastroglitch
What happens when your dinner comes from
a printer? Inspired by the consequences of digitised food, Gastroglitch explores the possibilities and problems that could arise when 3D food-printing technology becomes as common-place
as the microwave.
We posed our questions through an interactive exhibition interface, inviting visitors to print a meal. The unexpected results are intended to create a dialogue concerning the issues surrounding digitised food.
